Mike has spent the last 30 years in Human Resource related services
including career choice assessment counseling, out  placement
services,  and as an HR representative.  This includes experience with
tests and measures to evaluate and select the most qualified candidates.

Kathy has spent over 25 years building high performance teams in a
variety of organizations including Oracle, E&Y, IBM, AT Kearney and two
startups.  As a HIP, she has learned that  High Impact Players do not
always fit the organizations stereo-type.  HRN has allowed her to assist a
diverse group of individuals to demonstrate their abilities and  overcome
this obstacle.
