HumanResourceNetwork.com Uses a Two-Stage Process
Stage 1:  The Certification
Stage 2:  Free Agent Process
Collect your resume and pertinent information on your preferences and interests
Assist you in developing a professional success plan
Support you in obtaining a background and reference check
Actively represent you in finding appropriate positions
With your authorization, introduce you to recruiters and employers
Support and coach you through a job selection process
By taking the first step and completing the employee performance appraisal, you can confirm that you are a
High Impact Player.  This will allow you to demonstrate to yourself and others that you have the success
variables of a HIP.  The process for taking the employee performance appraisal includes:
Fill out the basic information fields
Read the terms
Accept the terms
After  payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail linking you to the HIP Assessment along
with a password.  The approximate time for this to occur is 2-4 hours during working hours.
Complete the 3 sections of the assessment.  There is no limit.
After completing the employee performance appraisal,  you will receive feedback on the results.
This will include either an invitation to proceed  to Stage 2 or suggestions on how you can improve
on the success variables.  This should occur within 24 hours
If you meet the cut off score on the HIP Assessment, you will be invited to participate in the Free Agent
Process.  In this stage, you will be assigned a Talent Agent who will do the following:
